The Delhi Development Authority is currently providing its Middle Income Group (MIG) apartments in Narela’s Sectors A1 through A4 at a reduced price in an effort to attract potential purchasers.Officials said that while employees of the federal, state, and local governments will receive a 25% discount on these apartments, the general public will receive a 15% discount.Due to its close vicinity to the projected Metro line, Urban Extension Road-II, and GT Karnal Road, Sectors A1–A4 have excellent connectivity. The middle class and government workers would be able to realise their aspirations of owning a respectable-sized flat in Delhi thanks to this incentive programme, according to DDA officials.

The DDA also declared during a meeting that non-governmental organisations will henceforth be able to buy its properties in bulk. According to officials, this implies that any private company with a registered office in Delhi-NCR is able to buy apartments in large quantities for use as residential staff quarters or hostels. In a statement, the DDA stated that such a strategy will facilitate the expansion and advancement of the industrial, educational, private, and other sectors in developing locations such as Narela.Under the First Come First Serve (FCFS) scheme of the Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023, 246 Lower Income Group (LIG) flats in Ramgarh Colony would be given at a 15% lower price, ranging between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 15 lakh.
