During the seventh iteration of “Pariksha Pe Charcha,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged with educators, parents, and students nationwide.   1. Stress Management – While giving tips to teachers, Prime Minister Modi said that teachers play an important role in reducing the stress of children. Therefore there should always be a positive relationship between teachers and students. Exam stress should be addressed by the students as well as the entire family and teachers together.

  4. Parent child trust – A student asked PM Modi that how should we convince our parents that we are working hard? In response to this, Prime Minister Modi said that it is a matter of thinking that parents or teachers are not able to trust in the family environment. Somewhere we need to analyze our conduct. As a student, we should think about whether you really follow what you say or not. If we use the phone even after our parents refuse, then the trust will definitely decrease.
    Similarly, parents should also trust their children. If children have not got marks, then things like that you do not study, keep spending time with friends, such things increase the distance between children and parents.
  5. Practice more – Nowadays, very few people practice writing. PM Modi told the students that when you are preparing, try to prepare by writing along with studies. By doing this you will get a chance to correct your mistakes and will also be able to manage time.
  6. Harmful reels – During the discussion on the exam, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also pointed out the disadvantages of watching too many reels. He said that if you keep watching reels one after the other, a lot of time will be wasted and your sleep will be disturbed. You won’t remember what you read. If you are underestimating sleep, then it is not right. Modern health science also emphasizes the importance of sleep. Whether you get the sleep you need or not affects your health. It is important to know whether the things required at the age one is in the diet are there or not. Balance in our diet is important for health, exercise should be done for fitness, no compromise exercise should be done in the same way as you brush your teeth daily.
